Scientific translations

In view of their highly specific and in many cases sensitive nature, certain texts require highly specialised translators and also the involvement of expert consultants in order to verify consistency of the text in the destination language.

For the main combinations of languages, our team includes translators with a degree or Master in scientific disciplines who are generally entrusted with translating scientific texts such as medical reports, medical records, the deeds of conferences, magazine articles and studies of various sectors, patient information leaflets of medical products.

This category also comprises patents in the sectors of medicine, pharmacology, chemistry, biology and bio-technologies, to mention but a few.

Alltrad also cooperates with the University Division of Epidemiology of Local Health Unit TO3 for scientific translations from and into English on the basis of a mandate awarded following a tender.

Scientific translations are also required for various framework contracts stipulated with institutions of the European Union.
