Alltrad is committed to offering a full range of translation and interpreting services tailored to each client's specific needs and requirements. To achieve this primary objective, we have developed a suite of methods and procedures complying with quality and reliability criteria.

Alltrad applies a Quality System complying with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standards to all aspects of work flow and performance management. The system was accredited by DET NORSKE VERITAS ITALIA in September 2002 and maintenance audits are performed once a year.

of in-house and external translators and interpreters and attentive selection of new resources.


CONTINUOUS UPDATE


of hardware and software tools, of the in-house library of technical dictionaries and glossaries, of technological tools, especially as regards use of the Internet to find specific terminology, to access databases and the use of computer aided translation software.


QUALITY CONTROL


of the all-round level of service which includes coordination of the team of translators in large-scale projects, pre-delivery revision and checking (completeness, spelling and punctuation, style and syntax, terminology, etc.).


PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS


directed towards improving client satisfaction, ease of access to our services, especially as regards fast turnaround when submitting quotes, efficient, highly flexible procedures, competitiveness and strict compliance with delivery dates in accordance with pre-established quality standards.
