Since it was set up in 1988, Alltrad has gained a position as a forefront language services provider specialised in technical translation and interpreting. The company's main strong points include a highly efficient in-house team of translators and revisors who coordinate all the various phases of the work, operate in close contact with the client and are able to address the many different specialist sectors.

Staff

To promote improved flexibility and efficiency, our 12 permanent members of staff work alongside more than 100 qualified free-lance translators who translate only into their mother tongue. Alltrad provides a full range of services, ensuring a fast, versatile response by its highly qualified staff, and is therefore able to cater to the requirements of a wide range of clients, stretching from leading companies and SMEs in the Turin area to major Italian and foreign companies and international organisations such as the European Commission and the Court of Justice of the European Communities.

Some activities

Major projects include the translation into Italian of OHIM Trademarks on behalf of the Translation Centre for the bodies of the European Union, within a framework contract stipulated in September 2011 for English and other six official source languages. OHIM is the European Agency responsible for registering trademarks, designs and models valid in the 27 countries of the EU; it publishes translations into all official languages. [+info]

A team of technical translators specifically qualified in the various sectors involved is responsible for translating patents in the various combinations of languages. To-date, Alltrad has translated more than 40,000 pages. [+info]

Alltrad also provides translation services in a particularly delicate area, i.e. corporate annual accounts and financial documents in general and has set up a specifically qualified team to respond efficiently to the many requests concentrated each year between May and July. [+info]
